Homework: This week is to read for 20 minutes each night and get a signature. No reading Logs. I know this is a busy time of year for many families.

Math:
We worked on Chapter 3.2 in our books. We are naming decimals. We played a game of chance trying to create the biggest decimal possible when the number cubes were rolled.
Language Arts:
Students are finishing up I Am Poems about themselves. We will be working on similes and metaphors this week. We are also going to write creative stories. If they finish early they will have a chance to animate their stories.
Social Studies: We are finishing up our physical features maps. We will have a quiz on South American Geography later this week.
Science: Test on Wednesday for the Digestive System.
